Aluminium-chromium-phosphate binder is a viscous liquid of dark green color which is a universal high-temperature adhesive and a binder based on aluminum and chromium phosphates. It is used at temperatures up to 1800 ⁰С
It has a significantly higher durability (up to 4 times) compared to silicate-based bonds
in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy as a binder for the installation and repair of lining of furnaces, smelting units and boilers, fastening of heat-resistant sensors, for laying furnaces made of fire-resistant bricks, as well as heat-insulating plates based on fiberglass and mineral wool, etc
possesses high chemical and thermal resistance, fire resistance
provides excellent wear resistance to products
does not interact with molten metals and slags
