Basic features and application
  • in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy: as a binder in the installation and repair of linings, extending their service life (pouring ladles and furnaces, laying doors of coke oven batteries, etc.), when laying bricks in furnaces, when gluingglass and ceramics, when installing high-temperature sensors etc
  • manufacturing of refractory masses (concrete, rammed silica masses), non-fired refractory products, porous and dense products from fused quartz powders
  • in the glass industry - for fixing the thermal insulation of glass furnaces, preventing the penetration of molten glass through the masonry
Recommendations for use
  • curing of the alumochromophosphate binder occurs at a temperature of 100 °C and above
  • the optimum rate of temperature rise in the temperature range 20 - 100 °C and 200 - 280 °C is no more than 2 °C / min,and in the temperature range 100 - 200 °C no more than 1.5 ° C / min
  • the mechanical strength of the glue line depends on the type of materials to be glued
