The Avangard Group company has launched the production of specialized coatings for aluminum pressing.
The product is an aqueous solution of active ingredients. It does not contain solid particles in the composition. Creates a thin lubricating film on the protected surface that prevents the adhesion of aluminum to the deforming tool.
The product is supplied as a concentrate with the recommended degree of dilution with water from 1:3 to the required concentration, depending on the pressed alloy and the features of the tool. The coating can be applied on all types of surfaces with operating temperatures up to 600°C. The application is carried out by an automatic system, or by manual spraying.
